Supply only LT Bush insulators as per existing size and shape for 350 to 500 kVA capacity transformers.

Supply only LT Bush insulators as per existing size and shape for 50 to 250 kVA capacity transformers.

Note: Transformer oil shall be drained out and kept in safe custody for refilling, dehydration and filtration. The rate for refilling, dehydration and filtration shall be paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule.

Dismantling of transformer of capacity 100 to 150 kVA by removing and refitting of core, coil etc. drying of core coil, varnishing, heating, painting after rewinding and rectifying the defects and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Transformer oil shall be drained out and kept in safe custody for refilling, dehydration and filtration. The rate for refilling, dehydration and filtration shall be paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule.

Dismantling of transformer of capacity 200 to 250 kVA by removing and refitting of core, coil etc. drying of core coil, varnishing, heating, painting after rewinding and rectifying the defects and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Transformer oil shall be drained out and kept in safe custody for refilling, dehydration and filtration. The rate for refilling, dehydration and filtration shall be paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule.

Dismantling of transformer of capacity 315 to 500 kVA by removing and refitting of core, coil etc. drying of core coil, varnishing, heating, painting after rewinding and rectifying the defects and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Transformer oil shall be drained out and kept in safe custody for refilling, dehydration and filtration. The rate for refilling, dehydration and filtration shall be paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity upto and including 250 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity above 300 kVA and upto and including 500 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformer at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 40 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling/ topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.( Note: Transformer oil required extra for filling/topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule).

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for broken stone/ boulders aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F drop out fuse unit expulsion type for outdoor air brake gang operated switches single pole mounted and including insulator for 22 kV working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carryout capacity 25 Amps.

S & F XLPE cable end termination, heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for voltage 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F XLPE cable end termination, cold shrinkable, outdoor type, suitable for voltage 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity upto and including 75 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer shall be measured and paid for separately (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.

Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity 100 kVA, 150 kVA, 200 kVA, 250kVA and 315 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. M & L for rewinding of coils on secondary side of transformer of any capacity using proper size, double paper covering, ordinary copper winding wires conforming to IS 7404 (Part-1): 1991 as per existing size, turns and insulation class including connecting minor insulation materials suitable for 11 kV/ 415 V transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rewinding of coils on primary side of transformer of any capacity using proper size, double paper covered aluminium winding wires conforming to IS 6162 (Part-II): 1971 as per existing size, turns and insulation class including connecting minor insulation materials suitable for 11 kV/ 415 V transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store (spare/components for replacement to be provided free by department)

Supply and erection in repairs of three piece metal oxide lightning arrestor suitable for 11 kV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 12 kV (rms) with nominal discharge current rating of 2.5 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 11 kV, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 95 sqmm, upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for reuse or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 6.35 kV/ 11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 95 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size, setting aside for reuse within 50 metres

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing and painting and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing tree branches upto 3 metre distance from conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing of vegetation/ creepers/ grass etc. from pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
