Note for Item Nos.1 to 4:- (i) Servicing equipment, moisture removing tools (heating), cleaning tools, insulated material, for bus bars,testing tools shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii)Testing report duly signed by authorised technician of OEM and contractor will be submitted to Engr-in-charge after servicing.

Material and labour for, 4.0 sqmm, 4.0 core copper conductor control cable for connection with CTs and PTs and transformer (bucholz relay) with their respective panel for better and effective protection of installations complete as per existing size and type with connecting accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.5 here-in-before, but 6.0 sqmm, 6 core copper conductor control cable.

Supply and fix for, pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one 19 mm dia galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia with top groove suitable for 11000 volts grade after taking proper electric shut down from Engineer-in-Charge and restored electric supply after completion of each job and maintaining their record, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, two in series assembly for tension with tension GI clamps, nuts, bolts and washer etc suitable for working pressure 11000 volts grade after taking proper electric shut down from Engineer-in-Charge and restored electric supply after completion of each job and maintaining their record, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and removing unserviceable materials from site(s) complete all as directed.

Material and labour for, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor from poles of any size and capacity and removing unserviceable materials from site(s), complete all as directed.

Material and labour for, aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of size as per existing for making connection at transformer, LAs, CT , PT, GODs and drop out fuses etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white in 11000 volts, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, HT drop out expulsion fuse unit suitable for 100 Amps capacity at 11 KV, single pole (two post insulators per pole) with HT barrel fuse with holder including necessary connection to ACSR conductor of suitable size including taking down the old unserviceable drop out switches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connection of lightening arresters set (Set of 03 Nos), non linear 12 KV, metal oxide type, distribution class 5 KA rupturing capacity for outdoor use with conforming to IS : 15086 PT- I of 2001, suitable for 11KV supply system including taking down the old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing of HT cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable jointing kit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing of HT cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable jointing kit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing of HT cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable jointing kit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 3.0 mm thick for voltage upto 33 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, HT Lightening arrestor ( Set of three) Station Class III, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for working voltage 33 KV with connected accessories like nut bolts, washers etc and making connections properly to earthing systems including taking down the old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to copper earth lead strip 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 25 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part –I (2009) including testing on completion.

Material and labour for, 20x3 mm copper strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4mm as earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases/roof of bldg or buried in groud or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases/roof of bldg or buried in groud or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminium strip of size 25 x 4mm as earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases/roof of bldg or buried in groud or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron external surfaces of transformer of capacity 1000-2000 KVA by scrapping with coir/ steel wire brush/ scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved using spray machine including writing of SM No, MES No. etc. at prominent place/ location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary shut down of power supply should be granted from the Engineer-in-Charge by the contractor before proceeding the work and also electric supply should be restored as early as possible after completion of the work.

Material and labour for, painting works on surfaces of items as given below of 33 KV MRS at Lichubari comprising of following equipment/ machinery fitted at yard by preparation of steel and iron of old painted surfaces smooth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and writing MES No., Name and capacity on plants of font size as ordered complete all as specified and directed. (i) HT Poles (Steel) for structures 11 meters long -12 Nos (ii) Aluminium paint of cross arms/ channels of approx area 45 Sqm. (iii) Cement base weather proof painting of RCC (single) poles - 06 Nos. (iv) Scraping/ cleaning the surfaces of capacitor banks panel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting - 3 Nos. (v) Weather proof painting on platform of power transformer, earth pit and platform of capacitor bank of the yard/ MRS approx - 43 Sqm. (vi) Removing all boulders from site and placed them after washing with suitable chemical as directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and repairing existing HT 33 KV APFC for seviceable and re-use (One No.150 KVAR and two No.75 KVAR ) (Make : Areva) from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and making serviceable of local/ remote electrical operation of the panel including greasing, oiling, replacement of unserviceable trip coil, breaker charging motor, gear pinion, roller switch and re-assembling the same after replacement as required including testing (IR test, continuity test, tripping test of earth fault and over current of panel) complete all as specified and directed. Note : All spares parts of panel will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule here-in-after as supply only)

Material and labour for, 4 pole/ 2 pole structure of 11 KV gang operated devices servicing, greezing, tightning of connections of conductors/ HT cables, nut bolt etc, insluators (pin/ disc) checking and cleaning the surfaces with CRC, alignment of tripole gang with existing pins, jumpering, replacement of GI pipe for gang operations handle (32mm dia GI pipe medium garde, appx lenght 06 metres) including clamps etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 33 KV isolator/ GODs servicing, greasing, tightning of connections of conductors/ HT cables, nut bolt etc, insluators (pin/ disc) checking and cleaning the surfaces with CRC, alignment of tripole gang with existing pins, jumpering, replacement of GI pipe for isolator operations handle including clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts such as moving arm, operating pipe, GI 32 mm dia, insulator base, MS channel 75x40x5 mm, fixed contact copper flat (voltage 33 KV) shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply only for the following spares for 11 KV VCB (400 Amp-800 Amp) during servicing/ overhauling as per existing type and make at any location/ installation under Jorhat station complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of breather assembly including silica gel of required quantity for 33/11 KV transformer of any capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, filling and topping up new transformer oil conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as specified and directed. Make: Gulf/ Power oil or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- Di-electric strength of oil shall not be less than 40KV.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformer at different location in site with filtration machine and heating system to get di-electric strength of oil 40KV/cm minimum without disturbing the power supply system, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 33 KV of copper tinned metal, having capacity tag on every fuse with rated HT fuses barrel type of capacity 50 Amps with ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.36 here-in-before, but capacity 30 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 11 KV of copper tinned metal, having Capacity tag on every fuse with rated HT fuses barrel type of capacity 30 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading of 40 mm size graded stone aggregate on ground of sub station, average spreading levelling complete, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Measurement shall be carried out for neat finished area of work executed. Note for all BOQ items:- (a) One HS electrician and one helper should be available for attending day to day complaints on all days including/ Sunday and holiday from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. (b) Individual should be in possession of all required tools for rectification of complaints. (c) Labour charges and cost of required tools is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. Note: (i) Work shall be executed by the authorised service mechanic/ Engineer high skilled of OEM as approved by AGE/ GE, for satisfactory completion of servicing of HT equipments. If any fault occurs upto completion of contract period, should be attended by concerned representative within stipulated time frame without any failure. Quoted rate is deemed to be included all such charges.(ii) If any HT equipment and connected items catered in BOQ, become breakdown, the contractor shall locate the problem/ fault at site within 12 hours on intimation by JE/ Engineer-in-Charge and ensure that the fault and rectified within 48 Hours, failing which an amount of Rs.200 /- per hour will be recovered as penal recovery from any payment due to contractor after expiry of 48 hours.

Cutting, trimming and prunning of trees/ tree branches/ creepers/ climbers of all around existing Sub Station area (Each sub station) up to fencing/ boundary wall including cleaning the disturbed area beneath and removing the tree branches and debris from site and deposited as directed.
