Supply and laying for sub class B brick brick of size 225mm x 115mm x 65mm for protaction of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 50 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of Sch BoQ).

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT feeder piller box of 1.0x0.8x0.5 Mtr size, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.5m long . duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form made out of PCC 1:3:6, 100 mm thick, 1 Mtr all round the panel board complete with the following items housed in. S & F cable junction boxes weather proof for outdoor installation for loop connection of street light cable of size 205x255x112 mm with 5 pole terminals fixed on pole steel/PCC with suitable two flat iron clamp 25x4mm with nuts and bolts (duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer) including provision for cable entry and exit and making holes on steel pole where required or directed complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia 1.2 metre length bent to shape and reduced to required size at top upto 1.5 metre length by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 40x6 suitable length 2 Nos complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painted with two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement PVC insulated and sheathed (ISI marked) stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size multi stranded for street light connection from fitting connector to the terminal box including all fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing complete of OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set including inbuilt AMF panel capable of delivering 15 KVA, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternator and mounted on Dunlop metallastik foundation pads on a common base frame and threafter intalled in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, flexible exhaust pipe complete including PCC foundation of suitable size as per manufacturer reccomendation for MCO DET Make:- KOEL/ASHOK LEYLAND/SUDHIR/ CUMMINS / Greavs and shall comprise of the followings :- (a) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER). Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of suitbale HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 20.5 BHP (at NTP) air cooled, Turbocharged aircooled, 1x 80 AH 12 Volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauge, water temp guage and frequency meter (digital type) including safety shutdown contents) and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc and conforming to I.S. 10002, ISO 3046, BS-5514. The engine shall give electrical out put of 15 KVA at 0.8 PF.

(b) ALTERNATOR. AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613/IS 4722, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system output 15 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class `H' enclosure IP 23/TEFC complete with AVR with + 1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine and capable for over load of 10% for one hr in 12 hr operation. (c) Dunlop Metallastick anti-vibration pads for mounting engine - alternator assembly on the base frame/plate. (d) BASE FRAME. Made out of structural steel as per Manufacturer's recommended design/specefications. (e) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE. Provn of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms for the DG sets restricted the noise level to 75 db at one meter along and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 5° to 7° Celsius. It shall be made of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. The base frame shall be ISM section. It shall also include the followings:- (i) Silence absorption type, non-resistance, residential and exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope lagging extending to about 2 mtrs outside the accoustic enclosures. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS 694 marked, FRLS in conduit and flourescent lamp fittings.

(f) Battery 1 Nos 12 V x 80 AH DC charged/sealed maint free of suitable cap all inclusive of engine/alternator protective foundation with LCD display. Make : EXIDE/AMCO (g) Control Panel (h) Foundation of DG set shall be as per Manufacturer's Recommendation and cost for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (j) CATALOGUES. Operation and Maintenance manual, spare parts list, overhauling manual - 03 Sets Note :- All outgoing feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland palte/glands.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Non clog vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 50 mm size particles including Supply, installation with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete with 2 years maintenance, Capacity 01 HP (Flow and head= lpm x m) ie 145 LPM x 12 Mtrs hight complete as per specified. Make- Kirloskar or equivalent

Supply and Fix Submersible Pump Starter, 415V, 50Hz suitable for 01 HP complete all as per specified. Make - L&T or equivalent

Supply, installation, test and commissioning of PLC based indoor panel floor/wall mounted type,3 phase,415 volts,50 Hz for monitering,control of 04 Nos pumps,flow switch 01 No,ultrasonic level sensor.The panel shall be suitable size fabricated from 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V, 3 phase system having capacity 5 HP, 2900 RPM, Size-65x50mm, 8.5-5.8 LPS at 20-36 mtr head complete all as per specifed and directed complete. Make - Kirloskar or equivalent

M&L for fully automatic star delta starter complete of capacity of 05 HP Model MN 16 DOL, including electrical connections etc with PCC required for grouting in floor/ wall completed all as specified and directed. Make- L&T or equivalent

Supply, install testing and commissioning of " Sintex" package type STP( PSTP-NBF Model) of capacity 50KLD/Day with tertiary treatment shall consists of the following components :- (i) Solid separation Zone (ii) Aeriation Zone (iii) FLoating Media (iv) Air blowers (Twin lobe type) (v) Final sedimentation Zone (vi) SLudge recycling pump (vii) COntrol Panel (viii) Inbuilt manholes with cover (ix) Material for anchoring the tank including FRP Straps & RCC Deadman. (a) Sintex type package domestic waste water treatment Plant-NBF-50 shall have the following with dimensions. (i) Sintex FRP based septic tank alongwith fixed film aeration tank of size 12.794M(Length)X2.43M(Diameter)- 01 No. (ii) Sintex type FRP base intermediate and Treated storage water tank with partition of capacity 25 KL (As recommended by manufacturer) of size 6.732MX2.43M(diameter)-01 No. (iii) Sludge reciprocating submersible pump of capacity 9cuM/Hr with motor capacity of 1HP-02 Nos( One working and one standby). (iv) Twin lobe air blowers with working pressure 03.Kg/cm2, Motor capacity 3HP and blower pipe of dia 3 inch- )2 Nos (One working and one stand by).

(v) Return sludge pipe of 2 inch dia, inlet and outlet pipe of dia 6 Inch and Interconnection pipe of Dia 6 inches (vi) Control panel of size 900mmX400mmX1000mm (Shall be as per manufacturer's recommendations)-01 No. (vii) FRP Strap of length 2.7 M -01 Lot( As per recommendations of manufacturer). (a). Activated Carbon filter-01 No (i) Vessel shall be FRP type (ii) Valve shall be Multi port valve (iii) UPVC/PVC pipe of dia -50mm( Required asper manufacturer's instruction)

(iv) Filter media suitable for activated carbon 1200I/V (v) Flow rate shall be 4 M3/Hr (b). Note:- The quoted rate deembed to be included the rate of following (i) Supervision and inspection charges of manufacturer of package type STP manufacturer.
