Outsourcing for operation of DG Sets, AC Plant, pump house and firing fighting installations at New Tech Flight power house in three shifts per day for 08 hours each shift for seven days in a week comprising of the following plant/machineries /equipments at AF Stn Tezpur complete all as directed. Note:- Six DG sets alongwith panel boards of different capacity are located in same location (a) 500 KVA DG Sets ,415 Volt 50 Hz -04 Nos (b) 400 KVA DG Sets ,415 volts AC ,50Hz -02 Nos (c) Operation of LT Panel Board as and when required. (d) Booster pumping set 7.5 HP cap for feeding the water to service tank of -02 Nos (e) Dry wet automatic fire fighting systsm consisting of the following (i) Main centrifugal pumping set electric driven 100 HP cap-01 No(ii) 97.91 KVA DG Set ,415 Volt 50 Hz -01 No(iii) Jokey pump electric driven 15 HP cap -01 No (f) AC Plant total 225 TR (75 TRx03 Units) ( 75 TR x 2 units under working & 75 TR x 01 unit stand by) (g) Operation of security lights switches as per time schedule given by the Engr-in-charge-01 Job (h) Electric control panel -01 No. and all other measuring and controling instrument complete.

(ii) Electric motor for compressor 05 HP x 04 Nos. (iii) Water cooled shell & tube type condenser with safety valves drain vlves temperature and pressure gauges for inlet / outlet water 26 TR x 02 Nos. (iv) Cooling coils & liquid lines and control valves. (v) Blower unit complete. (vi) Cooling tower with water pipe lines (vii) Water pumping set capacity 3411 LPM also on head - 02 Nos (viii) Ducts . (ix) Heat exchanger liquid indicator filters cum dryer unit and expansion valve .(x) Thermostat and gauges. (xi) Heating system using strips heaters for dehumidification / winter heating comprising of 2 KW heaters 12 Nos . Outsourcing for operation of Air Conditioning installations at 267 SU (MPR) in three shift of 08 hrs each shift for seven days in a week complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. The Plant consisting of following equipment/Machinaries . Package Type air cooled AC Plant of capacity=16.5TR X 06 Nos (i) Cooling coils & liquid lines and control valves. (ii) Blower unit complete. (iii) Ducts (iv) Heat exchanger liquid indicator filters cum dryer unit and expansion valve (v) Thermostat and gauges.
