M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated any approved profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floo and taking out unserviceable sheet any description and thicness complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in filling of sunken floors, including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions,in flooring of sunken floors,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) WPC will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Slope towards the spout/outlet in sunken floors shall be maintained. (iii) Two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementitious coating as per manufacturer's instructions shall be applied on the existing floor surface before laying of cement concrete and the cost of same shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate. ['Make- 'Brushbond' of Foscroc or equivalent of Make Sika/Dr Fixit]

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Materials and Labour for,second class hard wood,plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered,put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 35 mm thick,Factory made timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix, solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made solid panel prelam PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. Materials and Labour for,18/19 mm thick veneered particle boards interior grade,solid core, general purposes type,faced with decorative veneer on both faces, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cup board/cabinet shutters including provision of 10 mm thick edging (with width equal to width of particleboard) of 2nd class hard wood,wrought on exposed edges,finished with two or more coats of French polish for glossy finish and including dismantling existing timber boarding of any description fixed in any position with screws,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps up to 10 mtr height including necessary scalfolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc and Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iii) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384.(primer and membrane to be used shall be same manufacturer) prime shall be brand of Shalitex of STP or EmufalTE of M/s Texa Indian Ltd or cold stick bitumen primer of M/s IWL or equivalent make (iv) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing.(viii)finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 125 gms / Sq M or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the Authorised applicator under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from Authorised along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.
