The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The required experience is as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Bid value, - Or, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the Bid value, - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Bid value. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed 90% of the contract value, as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than the amount mentioned, in any one year of the last five years. The bidder's prior work experience as a nominated sub-contractor will also be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, and all other qualification criteria are satisfied. The value and percentage of similar works completed are 90% of the contract value, with a minimum value as indicated in Appendix-I.
