The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having at least one single similar nature/Civil work order under Assam Govt. Department/Govt. of India of value not less than 30% of Package value of this tender. The bidder should have experience in execution of Civil works, and the successful work done/completion report duly signed by the concerned Executive Engineer mentioning his name, contact telephone or Email Id etc. shall have to be mandatorily furnished by the intending bidder. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature over the last five years, in addition to the current financial year. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, along with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The minimum average annual financial turnover during the last 5 financial years should be 30% of the Bid Value. The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder needs to submit a statement of the total monetary value of civil construction work performed in any Govt. Dept. during the last 3 years, and a copy of a single work order having a minimum value as per clause 3.VI.a. The bidder should also submit work order & Completion certificate for all the civil works allotted to him during the last five Financial Years in addition to the current FY, issued by the concerned Executive Engineer /Competent Authority. The value and percentage of similar works completed mentioned are: - 30% of Package value of this tender - 30% of the Bid Value - 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract - Minimum average annual financial turnover of 30% of the Bid Value during the last 5 financial years.
