The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar projects, specifically in the design, construction, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of inland vessels. The experience should be from the last seven years from the last date of bid submission. The bidder should have successfully completed "Similar Works" in the previous 7 years before the last date of the Bid submission, with the following criteria: a) 3 similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of this work, i.e., Rs. 592 lakhs for 10 Nos. RPL vessels. b) 2 similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of this work, i.e., Rs. 740 lakhs for 10 No RPL vessels. c) 1 similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of this work, i.e., Rs. 1184 lakhs for 10 No RPL vessels. The bidder should submit proof of experience from the client, including details such as contract value, payment value, and actual execution period. The client certificate should also mention the percentage of similar work completed, in financial terms (net payment received against the contract). Substantial completion of works shall be based on completion of 80% or more works that have been financially completed under the claimed relevant component of the contract. The bidder should mention the maximum value of similar works executed during the last seven years and provide information on similar works completed, including work order value, start date, and percentage of similar work completed till date (in financial terms, i.e., Net Payment received against the Contract).
