Demolishing cement concrete / plastering manually / by mechanical means of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/e equivalent design mix) including disposal of material within 50 metres lead all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer - in - charge or his authorised representative at IWAI Canteen - Kitchen, Dining Hall, Entrance to Dinning Hall, front steps etc

Providing, laying and fixing Double charge vitrified tile polished finish / glossy finish of size 600 x 600 mm in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC. Colour and Shade of the tile will be as per the direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished 18 mm thick Flamed finish granite stone slab work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers and threads of steps etc., in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per requirement and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
