The bidder should have experience of successful execution of similar works under any Govt. agency during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For the given estimated cost of 5,66,15,869.00 Rs, the amounts are: - 40% of the estimated cost: 2,26,46,347.60 Rs - 50% of the estimated cost: 2,83,07,934.50 Rs - 80% of the estimated cost: 4,52,92,695.20 Rs Additionally, the bidder should have received payments for construction/ execution of Similar Works, or has undertaken construction works by itself such that the sum total thereof is more than the estimated value of this work, over the past 3 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. A work shall be considered to be completed, if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than the value mentioned above in each of the three categories. The bidder needs to provide information on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the year. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed Similar Works during last 7 years, with specific requirements including: - Three completed similar works each costing no less than 40% of the estimated project cost of Rs 566.15 lakhs, - Two completed similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated project cost of Rs 566.15 lakhs, - One completed similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated project cost of Rs 566.15 lakhs. The amounts for the estimated project cost of Rs 566.15 lakhs are: - 40% of the estimated project cost: 226.46 lakhs - 50% of the estimated project cost: 283.07 lakhs - 80% of the estimated project cost: 452.92 lakhs
