The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with specific conditions: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated project cost is Rs 1294.56 lakhs. The bidder should also have the experience of successful execution of similar works for any Govt. agency during the last 7 years. The value of similar works completed should be more than the estimated value of the work, which is 12,94,56,723.00. A work shall be considered to be completed, if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than the value mentioned above in each of the three categories. The bidder should have experience of construction/execution of similar works over the past 3 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, and should have received payments for construction/ execution of similar works, or has undertaken construction works by itself such that the sum total thereof is more than the estimated value of this work. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction/execution of similar works, and should provide a list of jobs in hand or successfully completed by the bidder's firm, mentioning the value of each contract, year of award, and completion. The maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years should be updated to the price level of the year, using up-dating factors ranging from 1.05 to 1.25. The bidder should also provide Certificate(s) from its statutory auditors or the concerned client(s) stating the payments received during the past 3 years in respect of the similar works. The required prior work experience includes experience of successful execution of similar works under any Govt. agency during the last 7 years, with the conditions mentioned above. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works, - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works, - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work, - more than 90% of the value of work completed. The estimated cost is Rs 1294.56 lakhs, and the value of similar works completed should be more than this amount.
