Air Fin Coolers-Job involves blinding, deblinding, wedge opening of connected lines/ equipment. flange and making necessary connection/ disconnection for air/water/steam to flush the hydro carbon for isolation of the equipment. After flushing, opening, dropping, cleaning and boxing up of cover, internal cleaning of the tube bundle by hydro jetting/ steaming/ wire brushing/air drying/rodding. Fixing back the shell cover, pressuring to the required pressure. If any leak found attending the same by rolling/plugging the tubes as per instruction of EIC. Completing the job as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC. The required test medium (water/DM water) will be supplied free of charge however necessary arrangement to made by the party to take them. The total job has to be done at height of minimum 10 mtr elevation.
