EXCAVATION OF EARTH FOR CABLE / PIPE LAYING FOR ELECTRICAL WORK Excavation of earth for cable trenches / laying of G.I. pipes for cable work in all types of soils including saturated soil upto a max. depth of 1.5 metres including shoring, strutting and bailing out of water (if necessary), backfilling and compacting in layers not exceeding 20 cm. thick to the finished ground level and disposal and dressing of excess earth within a lead of 50 metres all complete with labour and materials as per standards, drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

SUPPLY AND LAYING OF BRICKS Supply and laying of approved 2nd class bricks of thickness 75 mm in cable trench for cable protection as per the direction of Site-in-c

GI PIPE LAYING (INCLUDING COST OF PIPE) Providing and laying medium quality, Class-B galvanised steel pipes of Tata / Jindal or approved equivalent make conforming to IS-1239 [Part-I] in underground trenches, on steel, concrete or similar structures including cutting, threading, bending, supply & installation of supports, clamps, small iron structures, spacer, seats, plugs, bush, fittings / fixtures like bends, tees, nipples, reducers etc. all complete as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Item includes sealing of pipe ends & joints with bushes and bitumen based fillings and such other miscellaneous works so as to make piping water tight.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHT POLES Supply and installation of following street light pole with marshalling box to accommodate 2 Nos. of 4x10sqmm PVC armoured cable with Elemex terminal block, earthing of pole/ marshalling box but excluding lighting fixtures etc. with 8 SWG GI wire including making PCC (1:3:6) foundation, painting and numbering all complete with labour and materials as per standard drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Cable required from lighting fixture to Marshalling box will be supplied by Owner free of cost.

PCC 1:3:6 IN FOUNDATION Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 by volume (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 coarse aggregate of specifications given below) for all depths below and upto plinth level in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements and ramps etc. including tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, shuttering etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed; complete with all labour, materials, tools and tackles, consumables, transportation etc.; all as per specifications and directions of the Engeer-in-charge.

DISMANTLING STREET LIGHT POLES / GARDEN LIGHT POLES Dismantling of following street light poles / garden light poles without damage and returning them to our stores or any other place or site within the premises as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. All complete with labour and materials including dismantling of supports of any type and accessories as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

DISMANTLING OF LIGHT FITTINGS Dismantling of following light fitting items without damage and returning them to our stores or any other place or site within the premises as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. all complete with labour and materials including dismantling of supports of any type, down rods, chokes, condensers and any other accessories as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

FLP/Non-FLP flood light fittings suitable for max. upto 1000 W lamps and Halogen lamps installed at different places like FLDMs/ Towers etc. including control gears having been fitted at heights more than 20 metres from ground floor.

Applying priming coat (This item is deleted for SOR 2023).

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade-Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. Note: Rate EACH (EA) stands for "Per letter per cm height".

SUPPLY AND FIXING OF STREET LIGHT BRACKET Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia. x 3 m G.I. Pipe for street light water tight bracket including bending to shape, 40mm x 3mm flat iron clamps and wiring with 1.5 sq.mm. W.P./PVC wire and painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

DISMANTLING OF OVHEAD LINES Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper / aluminium overhead conductor, GI wire, cross arms inculators, stay sets etc. as required.

Make Havells RUBY 45Watt or Equivalent. The installation will include all lead in wires from pole junction box to the light iftting and other accessories complete with labour and materials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Recovery againt Elect charges @0.5% & Water Charges @1. % Recovery of Electricity and water charges mentioned in the line item will be deducted pro-rata basis based on the total amount of SOR items of the invoice. Contractor to deduct the same from billing amount before finalizing the invoice amount.
