Supply of all material required for permanent incorporation to the works as per the Bidding Documents, complete in all respects including mandatory spares, erection and commissioning spares & providing services for design, & engineering, prefabrication, fabrication, erection, construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning for completing and establishing the requirement as per the tender document including (but not limited to) providing all labour & manpower resources, transportation, store management, constructions, equipment, tools, tackles & aids, safety devices & testing devices, insurance, facilities, utilities, communication system, material & reconciliation, handing over of final drawings / documents / manuals, obtaining & satisfying all statutory licenses, clearances, consents, no objection, approvals & certificates & complying with all statutory formalities etc. and all other services, whatsoever required for completing the works in all respect in accordance with the bidding document and direction of Engineer-in-charge for installation of new DM chain (net capacity 60 M3/Hr) with condensate polishing unit (CPU) (net capacity 20 M3/Hr) and allied works at IOCL Guwahati Refinery.
