The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works, with the value of executed works brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder can use the work experience of its subsidiary company to the extent of its ownership in the subsidiary company. The experience certificate for works done in joint venture (JV)/consortium with other firms/companies will be considered only to the extent of its share in the JV/consortium or work done by them. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The "similar works" refer to Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: - Work Experience Certificates consisting of details - Proforma for Details of Client Organization in respect of Work Experience Certificates. The Average annual Audited financial turnover for the last 3 years should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to the current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
