The required prior work experience for the bidder should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organisation. The value of executed works will be considered equivalent to the amount received as per the TDS Certificates, and this value shall also include the value of any materials or services supplied by the client/employer free of cost or at a discounted price. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
