The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The "similar works" refer to Residential/Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should submit Work Experience Certificates consisting of details as mentioned in Form-G and Proforma for Details of Client Organization in respect of Work Experience Certificates – (Form – J). The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 8,70,23,644.03, and based on this, the required prior work experience can be calculated as: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of Rs. 8,70,23,644.03, which is Rs. 3,48,09,457.72 - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of Rs. 8,70,23,644.03, which is Rs. 4,35,11,822.02 - One similar work costing not less than 80% of Rs. 8,70,23,644.03, which is Rs. 6,96,18,915.22 The bidder's proportionate experience to the extent of its share in the joint venture or consortium or work done by them shall only be allowed on submitting valid proof of their share or work done. The value of free supplies shall be separately certified by the employer or by a practicing cost or chartered accountant. The bidder's experience of its subsidiary company can be used to the extent of its ownership in the subsidiary company. The past work experience and financial parameters of merged or acquired companies can be considered for qualification.
