The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Three similar completed services with a cost of not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services with a cost of not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service with a cost of not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have at least 3 years of past experience in the same or similar service, and 5 consecutive years of experience in executing Security Service. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar services - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar services - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar service - 20% of security personnel should be specially qualified for firefighting duty and disaster management. Average annual turnover of at least ₹10 crores for the last three financial years is also required.
