Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 'silent type' new Diesel Generator set of reputed make/ manufaturer having prime power rating of 40 KVA, 415 volt, 0.8 lagging power factor suitable for 50 HZ, 3 phase system (conforming to the norms of CPCB IV+ upto latest amendmend) comprising of 4 Stroke Liquid cooled Diesel Engine, electric start turbocharged & Inter cooler developing of min. 45-50 BHP at 1500 RPM, capable of taking 10 % over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continous operation coupled with self excited and self regulated, Brush less, Synchronous alternator with H class insulation in SPDP enclosure rated at 40 KVA, 415 V at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 HZ, A.C supply with 0.8 lagging power factor, both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS base frame in Accoustic & wheather proof enclosure on suitable C.C foundation as per manufacturer drawing & design complete with Automatic mains failure control Panel (AMF) with suitable rating MCCBs including auto/ manual by-pass, battery charger, Micro-processor based Genset controllers with display for voltages & Currents, Frequency, Genset KVA, KW, KWh, KVAr, Power Factor, Lube oil pressure, Engine Temperature, RPM, Run Hours, Number of starts, Fuel Level, Auto / Manual Stop, Emergency Stop, Battery charge condition, advanced Digital AVR for improving voltage regulation & response time, Electronic Governor, Fuel tank, Residential type silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, First fill of lube oil, 12V DC starting system comprising of starter motors & 1 No. 12V battery including transportation, loading and unloading of the DG set. The entire set must be warranted least of 24 months / 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. The agency will have to fill full tank & provide permanently multi-core control cables as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the DG set and also including supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping of suitable dia. welded black MS, B Class pipe conforming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rockwool, 50 mm thick wiremesh & aluminum cladding etc., The DG set should be of reputed brand and must be approved by the Engineer-in Charge and installed as per CPWD specifications.

Supply of XLPE Power cable of size 4x35 sq.mm of 1.1 KV grade armoured Al. Cable Compulsary ISI made Confirming to IS : 7098/ Pat -I / 88 with amendment no I of reputed make as required.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required..
