The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar work experience, with specific requirements as follows: 1 contract of 50% or 2 contracts of 40% or 3 contracts of 30%, each of estimated value of proposed work to be sub-contracted, in last 10 years. The criteria for qualification of sub-contractor includes: - The contract value of similar work executed by the sub-contractor should be more than the required value. - The average annual turnover of the sub-contractor should be more than the required turnover. - The net worth of the sub-contractor should be positive.
