The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 135.48 lakh in any one year of the last five years, with 90% of the contract value completed. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for any one year of the last five years. Additionally, the bidder must have achieved a minimum financial turnover, as specified in Appendix-I, with an average annual turnover, and have been a profit-making entity for the last five years. The bidder should also have completed works in the last five years, with a minimum value of works completed in a year, as specified in the Appendix. The bidder is required to provide the total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years. Furthermore, the bidder should undertake to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. The specific amount of minimum financial turnover and the minimum value of works completed in a year are mentioned to be in Appendix-I. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% of the contract value. The amount of similar work completed is at least Rs. 135.48 lakh.
