The bid capacity required to bid has the following values and formulas: 1. Average Annual Financial Turnover: ₹ 0.82 Crore 2. Net Worth: Positive as per the Audited Annual Financial Statement of the last financial year. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully executed/executing “Similar Works” of the value during the last 07 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited, fulfilling either of the following experience criteria: i) 03 (three) similar completed works each costing not less than ₹ 1.10 Crore OR ii) 02 (Two) similar completed works each costing not less than ₹ 1.40 Crore OR iii) 01 (One) similar completed work costing not less than ₹ 2.20 Crore The above Completed / executed value of contract(s) shall be exclusive of GST/Service Tax. For arriving at the cost of similar work, the value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of seven percent per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of Bid opening.
