The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works. The details of eligible similar nature of works completed should be provided. For similar works completed, the bidder needs to provide details of the value of work in each contract. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of a minimum value of 40% of the estimated cost of the current work, or two or more similar works, each of a minimum value of 30% of the estimated cost of the current work. In case of back-to-back contracts, the actual amount of payment received by the second agency shall be considered for experience. The value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificates duly Notarized, in case the work experience is of Private Sector. The bidder needs to submit a copy of completion certificate(s) of work(s) from respective Owner(s)/Client(s), mentioning the proportionate executed value of work. The experience gained by executing work on back-to-back contract basis is acceptable, provided certain conditions are met. The bidder needs to provide details of the value of work in each contract, along with self-attested documentary evidence, for works executed during the last 07 financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of tender.
