The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully physically completed "similar work" during the last 07 years. The similar work can be in the form of: - 01 (One) Similar Completed Work costing not less than Rs. 2.91 Cr. (inclusive of all taxes) - OR, 02 (Two) Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 1.82 Cr. (inclusive of all taxes) - OR, 03 (Three) Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 1.46 Cr. (inclusive of all taxes) The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have experience in executing works similar to the one being tendered, with a value of at least the bid amount. The bidding capacity is calculated using the formula: Bidding Capacity = [ { A x N x 1.5 } - B ], where A is the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last 5 years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work (N = 2), and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder is required to submit details of similar nature of works (Form-C1) and projects under execution or awarded (Form-C2), along with a performance report of works (Form-D). In FORM –C1, the bidder is required to provide information on the name of work/project, location, owner of sponsoring organization, cost of work, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and litigation/arbitration pending.
