The bidder should have prior work experience in "Carrying out Erection of Structural steel/equipment/vessel/piping/tank" in any sector. The required experience can be demonstrated through one of the following options: - One Similar Completed Work costing not less than Rs. 190.00 Lakhs - Two Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 112.00 Lakhs - Three Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 90.00 Lakhs The value of executed works can be adjusted to the current costing level by applying a simple rate of 7% per annum. Substantial completion is considered when 80% (value-wise) or more of the works are completed under the contract. For contracts involving supply and fabrication, the experience will be considered as follows: - 50% for Supply - 30% for Fabrication - 20% for erection work In cases where contracts include free issue material fabrication and erection, the consideration for similar work experience will be: - 60% for Fabrication - 40% for erection work The bidder's experience must be in the name of the bidding company. If the bidder was part of a joint venture, only their share by value will be considered to meet this requirement.
