The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing eligible similar nature of works during the last seven years. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during this period. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder's average annual financial turnover (gross) on construction works during the last three consecutive years should be at least Rs. 360.925 L, which is 50% of the Estimate Cost put to Tender. The bidder should also have a solvency of minimum Rs. 288.74 L, which is 40% of the Estimate cost put to tender. The bidding capacity should be equal to or more than Rs. 721.85 L, which is the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
