The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last three years. The bidder should have completed civil works of similar nature construction works valued at 80% of the tender amount. Additionally, the annual financial turnover in a single year in the last three financial years should be a minimum of 67% of the tender amount. Specific requirements for prior work experience include: 1. Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 5 Years Exp. 2. Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp 3. Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 3 years Exp. 4. Electrical Engineer: B.E Elect. + 2 Years Exp. Or Dip. Elect. + 5 years Exp. 5. Electrical Technician: ITI in Electrician + 2 Years Exp. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 5 years ending last day of submission of tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works, each cost not less than the amount equal to 40% of Estimated cost put to tender. - Or, Two similar completed works, each cost not less than the amount equal to 60% of Estimated cost put to tender. - Or, One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of Estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also have achieved an average financial turnover of 67% of the value of contract/ contracts applied for over the last 5 years. The bidder must be a profit-making one for the last three years. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar completed works, with specific requirements including: i. One similar completed work, each cost not less than the amount equal to 40% of Estimated cost put to tender, ii. Two similar completed works, each cost not less than the amount equal to 60% of Estimated cost put to tender, iii. One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of Estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also possess valid licenses for executing Electrical and Anti-Termite works. The bidder is required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should have completed similar works with a minimum value of 25% of the bid value for the work. The value of completed civil works of similar nature construction works is required to be 80% of the tender amount, and the annual financial turnover should be at least 67% of the tender amount.
