The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having achieved an average financial turnover of 67% of the value of the contract applied for over the last 5 years. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated value of the contract in any one year of the last 5 years, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size, with a minimum of one similar work of value not less than the amount indicated, and not less than 40% of the estimated value of the contract. The bidder should also have completed at least 90% of the contract value of similar works in the last five years. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 67% of the value of the contract applied for (average financial turnover) - 40% of the estimated value of the contract (minimum value of similar work) - 90% of the contract value (completion rate of similar works) The bidder should provide details of past experience with project names, and information on the total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years.
