The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing eligible similar nature of works during the last seven years. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements for prior work experience are: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. These requirements indicate that the bidder should have experience in similar civil works, including projects comprising civil constructions works of any multistoried RCC framed structure above ground level, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, firefighting, lifts, etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement. The bidder is required to provide details of all works of similar class/civil works completed during the last seven years in Form 'C', along with a performance report in Form 'D'.
