The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the execution of similar works, which are duly substantiated with a Letter of Award and Completion Report. The bidder must provide details of the work experience, including the name of the bidder, employer's name, contract/LOA number and date, schedule date of completion, type of work, capacity of allotted work in MWp and MWAC, and role in the contract. The bidder must also provide information on the actual works executed, including the percentage of work executed within the scheduled date of completion and date of commissioning. The percentage of work executed is to be substantiated with a client certificate. In terms of monetary values, the bidder's net worth should not be less than INR 11.64 Crore and a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 17.46 Crore, or internal resource generation capability in the form of Profit Before Depreciation Interest and Taxes (PBDIT) for a minimum amount of Rs. 7.76 Crore. For a consortium, the lead member's financial eligibility criteria should not be less than 51% of the required financial eligibility criteria, while other members' financial eligibility criteria should not be less than 26% of the required financial eligibility criteria.
