The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having at least one Call Center solution deployed for any Central/State Govt PSU/ Electricity Board / Power Distribution Company for a minimum duration of 1 Year in the last 3 years. The evaluation criteria for the bidder's relevant work experience are as follows:
- >=1 Projects : 10 Marks
- >=3 Projects : 15 Marks
