The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having at least one Call Center solution deployed for any Central/State Govt PSU/ Electricity Board / Power Distribution Company for a minimum duration of 1 Year in the last 3 years. Additionally, the bidder should have work experience of supplying and setting up of Servers/Firewall/Networking equipment/Storage device or any other related items to any Central Govt./ any State Government/ PSU / Scheduled Bank/ Public Listed Company in India in the last 5 years as on the date of bid submission, with a minimum value of each project being at least Rs. 20 Lakhs. The bidder should also have implemented the Proposed PBX Contact Centre solution (software) for any Govt/ PSU/ Scheduled Bank/ Electricity Board / Power Distribution Company which has completed at least 1 year of successful operation after April 2020. The evaluation criteria for the bidder's relevant work experience are as follows:
- >=1 Projects : 10 Marks
- >=3 Projects : 15 Marks
- >=6 Projects : 20 Marks For the Proposed PBX Contact Centre solution, the evaluation criteria are:
- >=1 Project : 5 Marks
- >=3 Projects : 10 Marks
- >=6 Projects : 15 Marks No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
