Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:(a)One or more coats on old work NOTE:Rate of this item is excluding the cost of paint. (Paint will be procured under separate item and shall be issued by AAI to the contractor)

Applying one coat of waterproofing exterior primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Asian Paints Smart Care Damp Sheath Exterior/ Berger Seal O Prime / Nerolac Rain guard Water proof Primer or equivalent. NOTE:Rate of this item is excluding the cost of paint. (Paint will be procured under separate item and shall be issued by AAI to the contractor)

Finishing wall with premium weather proof exterior emulsion paint with antifungal properties such as Asian Paints APEX Ultima protek/ Nerolac Excel Top Guard/Berger weather coat long life or equivalent of approved quality complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge NOTE:Rate of this item is excluding the cost of paint. (Paint will be procured under separate item and shall be issued by AAI to the contractor)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface NOTE:Rate of this item is excluding the cost of paint. (Paint will be procured under separate item and shall be issued by AAI to the contractor)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Old work (one or more coats) NOTE:Rate of this item is excluding the cost of paint. (Paint will be procured under separate item and shall be issued by AAI to the contractor)

Supply of Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand against item no 5 as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supply waterproofing basecoat for exterior emulsion of approved brand and manufacture such as Asian Paints Smart Care Damp Sheath Exterior, Berger Seal O Prime, Nerolac Rain guard Water proof Primer Project or equivalent of approved quality against item no 6 as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of premium weather proof exterior emulsion paint with antifungal properties such as (Asian Paints APEX Ultima protek)/ Nerolac Excel Top Guard/Berger weather coat long life or equivalent of approved quality against item no 7 as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supply of Premium Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved brand against item no 8 as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supply of Distemper with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand against item no 9 as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the interior/exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
