Supply of following sizes 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed unshielded cable,. complete as required and confirming to the technical specification. (a) 16 sq mm

Supply of 1.1 KV grade EPR insulated PCP/TPE sheathed secondary lead airfield lighting cable of size 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm having multistranded tinned copper conductor and colour coded core for connecting between isolation transformer and Inset light fitting complete as required.

Supply of following size Anti Rodent Fire Retardant Permanently lubricated HDPE (High density polyethylene) pipe along with necessary accessories complete as required and as per the technical specifications etc. complete as required. OD 63 mm

Supply of following rating 5000V, 50 Hz series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections conforming to specification as required. 15 Watts 20/6.6 Amps

Supply of CI isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm, height 450mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive two no. of 63 mm dia "B" class GI pipe / HDPE and one no of 15 mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nuts as required .The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts, check nuts etc. as required as per the drawings. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset type turn pad centre line light fitting in the runway with core cutting, setting i/c providing sealing material and other accessories inter connections etc., as required for commissioning.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Elevated type Runway guard lights by providing suitable cement concrete foundation as per manufacturer recommendation/as per direction of E-I-C, installing transformer, lens, lamps gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, connection, earth connection etc. as complete as required.

Laying of following dia high density polyethylene (HDPE ) pipe, complete with accessories. in the soil for GLF work up to 750 mm deep connecting both/one end to existing chamber/CC collar, including excavation and back filling & making good the same as per site requirement . OD 63 mm

Laying of high density polyethylene HDPE pipe of OD 63 mm complete with accessories. in the shoulder/runway/taxiway of Concrete/bitumen surface i/c machine cutting of runway/taxiway/shoulder surface of width up to 110 mm and up to 200 mm deep, and taking the excavated material out of the area within a lead up to 2 kms and refilling & making good the same by Cement Concrete ( 1:2:4 ) as per the site requirement.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV/1.1KV grade of up to 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5 KVgrade of up to 35 sqmm size in the existing masonry open duct as required

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5kV grade of size up to 35 sqmm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on cable tray/surface as required

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift up to 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per direction of E-I-C.

Making field connection of 5 KV grade 6/16 sq.mm single core copper conductor, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed unshielded cable with dry type plug & receptacle of i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape , etc as well as checking continuity with the existing ckts etc. complete as required as per EIC

Installation of round type transformer housing box with base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all around concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick top slopped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia B class GI pipe with check nuts for drainage of water including excavation and refilling, aligning the boxes in straight line etc complete as required.

Modification of Existing ALCMS System including Integration of new CCRS/GLF facilities with existing ALCMS installed at ATC tower, CCR hall including modification of mimic diagram complete as per directions of engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe including groove cutting, threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, inset fittings, providing check nuts and couplings etc as required on the runway and disposal of excavated materials within a lead of 50 meter.

Provision of Micro concrete plaster on existing groove cut portion above the GI pipe/damaged portion in the tarmac runway and finishing as per directions of E-I-C.

Making field connections by crimping 2 X 2.5 sq.mm. (two pin) plug and receptacle assembly with the existing 2X2.5 sqmm secondary lead cable including filling with gap with water sealant material applying water proof tape, over which PVC tape etc., one side of the secondary lead for connecting to isolation transformer and receptacle assembly on other side for connecting to light fitting as required.

Supply and fixing of 10mm thick MS dummy plate of 330 mm dia having 6No X M-10 holes along the circumferential of 260mm dia suitable to install on existing transformer housing box including providing and fixing of rubber gasket and SS bolts, nuts, washers etc., as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.
