Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply installation, commissioning and testing including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT feeder panel board size of 1.2x1.2x.0.5m, Outdoor type double door, factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle of size 50 x 50 x 6mm thick and 04 Nos legs 0.6 meter length with cable entry and exist circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom complete including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with power coating paint ( 5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and comprising of the following accessories.(Note : All the internal connection connected through suitable size of aluminium bus bar having capacity 200 Amps, TPN). (i) Incoming: - (a) MCCB, 125 Amps, 4 pole, 25 kA, 415 Volts - 01 Nos (b) 3 phase Ammeter, flush mounted digital type LED display, three phase of class 1.0- 01 No. (c) On load change over switch 125A 4 pole, 36 kA- 01 No (d) Voltmeter , flush mounted digital type with LED display, three phase, class 1.0- 01 No. (e) Modular indication lamp with integral circuit and cluster LED -01 Set (e) CT (100/5A) -03 Nos (ii) out going: - (a) MCCB, 80 Amps, 4 pole, 16 kA, 415 Volts, - 1 Nos (b) MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole, 16 kA, 415 Volts, - 2 Nos (b) MCCB, 32 Amps, 4 pole, 16 kA, 415 Volts, - 1 Nos (d) MCCB, 32 Amps, 2 pole, 10 kA, 415 Volts, - 4 Nos (e) Time Switch astro type (having longitude and latitude of indian cities in memory) 250 V 3 phase of 20 Amp Rating with 3 phase 63 A capacitor fitted inside steel enclosures (Note: The rate quoted by tenderer also includes to fix the legs of the panel box in PCC 1:3:6 pot hole foundation 30 cm below GL and the box will be kept nearly 45 cm above GL including earthwork and allied services complete. The legs of the box will be of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm of length 750 mm)

Supplying & laying in trenches 50 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trenchless technology using latest boring technique/ or by mechanical means for insertion of GI/CI/PP-R/PVC pipe/cable of any dia/ bore/size complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Pipes shall be measured and paid separtely.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 50 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, or size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
