Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable broken LT steel pole/Strut any size including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed. (Note : Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work incluidng demolition of PCC foundation and taking out base plate etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling existing unserviceable GI earth wire, cradles of any type from service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down old aluminium steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size from LT overhead line including all jumper etc and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse in the work (if any) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT Stay assembly, of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Unserviceable Stay assembly shall be taken off/dismantled at Ground Level and making good disturbed ground surface. (b) Earthwork for demolition of cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule.)

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and providing 03 Nos band/strap with black/yellow colour paint 300mm apart from the plinth block, numbering of pole painting embedded portion of pole with one coat of black bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised steel continuous earth wire 3.15mm or 4 mm dia suitable for LT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised steel earth wire 4 mm dia (hexagonal/rectangular) used for craddle guarding suitable for LT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor including binding, straining in /LT over head line including all jumper connection and binding on insulator with new wire complete all as specified and directed.

Re-straining and tightening of existing serviceable ACSR conductor of any size without taking down including all arangement and including binding wire 2 mm dia and colour sleeve Jumpers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC/fibre separator for LT over head line 1100 volts conductor 3/4 wire system for horizontal two Nos, in span including taking down old separator complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part I dia of stay rod 16mm with and including 7 / 3.15 mm galvanised stay strand complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Loop insulator, excavation & earthwork and cement concrete measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.)

M & L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of overall dimension 65 x 90 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc jointing and testing including taking out/down existing cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately)

S & F in repairs shock proof, rust proof, fire reterdant, non transperant Kiosk Pole box of size 310x210x120mm made of Negineering Plastic on piece moulded for outdoor type, heavy duty, IP-66 protection, with 4 Nos insulated aluminium bus bar of 60 Amps capacity, mounted on unbreakable insulators, MCB SP 10 Amps complete aluminium lugs of suitable size upto 50 Sqmm including 2 Nos of flat iron 40x3mm clamps with suitable MS nuts, bolts & washers etc and duly powder coated on both sides complete all as specified and directed directed. S & F in repair 40 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 50 mm bore, steel tubes, galvanised, light grade with all fittings, laid in floor/road crossing/drain etc as in cable protection complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of horizontally holes by manual method under road and dia of hole not exc 100mm without damaging the exsting road, getting out and disposal of excavated soil, etc to a distance not exc. 50 meter from the site of work complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface above the planting depth/PCC coping of steel tubular LT pole upto 11.00 metre long including MS clamps, cable protection pipe, bracket fitted with steet light fittings etc by scraping with steel wire brush and applying one coat of aluminium paint to external surface of poles, MS cross arms, MS clamp, cable protection pipe etc to give even shade including 5 Nos strips painting of 300mm high each around the pole with two different colour (black/yellow) of synthetic enamel paint and numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs LED Driver 24 to 45 watts as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab of size 350x350x50mm (reinforced with 10 mm dia TMT bar @ 10 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 12 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old metal surfaces of Panel Boards over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of simens grey colour by praying and marking the MES No, Panel Board No in front side complete all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge. (Note: Adjoing areas there to properly covered befor painting. Adjoing areas, floor, walls are to cleaned free of paint spillage after painting work. If Paint spill is not cleaned to match with exsting surface a panel recovery @ Rs.200/- per location will be made from payments due to the contractor).

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, with 40 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C.
