Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested ,CPRI type tested LT feeder pillar , outdoor type floor mounted , suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber duly insulated The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and LT panel shall bemounted on angular frame work of 50x50x5mm thick angle iron base frame, minimum 60 cm hight and fixed with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement and consisting of the following all as specified including taking out old feeder pillar and taking out LT cable from loop for connecting in new panel and necessary excavation etc and consisting of the following (a) Aluminium bus bar four Nos 400 Amps each ,fixed on epoxy insulated with panel fixed horizontally, duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves in colour code - 04 Nos Incoming:- (b) MCCB, 04 Pole, 250 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 50 KA at 415 volts , adjustable type with thermal and magnetic settings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I - 01 No (Ics=Icu=100%) Outgoing:- (c) MCCB, 04 Pole, 200 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 25 KA at 415 volts , adjustable type with thermal and magnetic settings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I - 01 No (Ics=Icu=100%) (d) MCCB, 04 Pole, 125 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 16 KA at 415 volts , adjustable type with thermal and magnetic settings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I - 02 No (Ics=Icu=100%) (e)MCCB, 04 Pole, 63 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 16 KA at 415 volts , adjustable type with thermal and magnetic settings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I - 02 No (Ics=Icu=100%) , (f) Spare way for Switch disconnector fuse unit (SDFU) 125 Amp 4 way - 01 Nos (g) Digital type volt meter 0-500 volt with selector switch with HRC fuses/ MCBs - 1Set. (h) LED phase indication lamps R,Y,B LED type with 3 Nos of 2A HRC Fuses – 1 set:- (j) Internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable duly crimped with copper lugs & ferruled and aluminum strips for MCCB's/SDFU. (k) Digital Ampere Meter (0-40 AMpd) with selector switch 01 Nos (iii) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 mm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old sized bricks, renderung 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 50cm above the nearest ground level. Note :- Panel drawings & make of MCCB/SDFU will be submitted by contractor for approval from Accepting Officer before ordering the panel

S&F & testing commissioning of outdoor type bus bar panel pedestal type weather proof CPRI approved MS cubical panel board outdoor type of size 110 cm x 80 cm x 40 cm, 4 Nos of bus bar of 250 Amp capacity & MCCB 125 Amp capacity 4 pole (Ics = Icu = 100%) including one coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint powder coated, mounted on channels and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels aluminium busbar chanel insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleaves and mounted on DMC/Epoxy insulator all as specified & directed. The panel shall be fixed over Angle iron frame (50 x 50 mm) of minimum height 75 cm Note :- Panel drawings & make of MCCB will be submitted by contractor for approval from Accepting Officer before ordering the panel

Supply, laying & testing in repalcement cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core including taking down of old unserviceable UG cable/service wires.
