Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, waterring and wall ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. for hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a layers not exc 25 cm. for hard/dense soil.

S&F High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 50 mm

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal groundlevel, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of volts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10 mm dia bars, funnel, strainer,charcoal and testing on completion all as specified and directed..

M&L in replacement GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete grouted in ground all as specified for the 40 mm bore of pipe laid in trenches/fixed with poles/laid in road/plinth/floor for protection of cable complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete grouted in ground all as specified for the 50 mm bore of pipe laid in trenches/fixed with poles/laid in road/plinth/floor for protection of cable complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair LT Over over head line phase seperator of any size (2 way) in between distribution span of LT over head lines all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for following sizes,Outdoor type 10 to 16 sqmm 3.5/4 Core

All as per item No 12 but 25 to 50 sqmm 3.5/ 4 Core

M&L for locating of electrical fault in UG cable of any size and repair by using of suitable size of cable lugs and straight through joint and make the good disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Cable joint kit,Earth work & Aluminium lugs will be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

Supply and fix in repair bracket for street light fitting made out of 32 mm dia light grade GI tubing bent to required shape 1.5m long including necessary GI clamps, nuts bolts and washers and fixing to the pole complete including taking down old or Old U/S bracket from the pole as directed.

Supply and fix in repair weather proof PVC junction box approved by CPRI street light control box made out of not less than 2mm thick of size 200mm x 140 mm x 95mm (approx) complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of 2 Nos of suitable size cable glands consisting of 01 No panel mounted connector 4 pole MCB 6A 10KA 01No, including connecting up with the electrical connections and fixing and clamping complete and all as directed

Taking down unserviceable street light LED fitting/Flood light of any wattage and type from the pole/building of any height including disconnecting the cable connections for repairing of light fittings and refixing in same position all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Spares shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent items. The cost of replacing of internal connections, screws bolts etc shall deemed to be included in the repair cost.

Supply and fixing in repair LED garden light 8 watt Pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser.Efficient high output LED with IP65 protection as existing fitting on existing pipe of any size and height with all accessories prewired fixed with FI clamps nuts bolts etc. including taking down existing fittings all as directed (Make :Havells Cat Part No -BAMBOOBLS8WLED830PSYMTOPC or equivelant in CG/Wipro/bajaj

Supply and fix in Repair LED flood light fitting 70 W integral type light fixture, cast aluminum body, reflector, drivers, LEDs and accessories with system wattage 70 W.including taking down old and unserviceable. Make :Havells Cat No: JETAALBAFLOODLIGHT70W or equivalent in Philips/CG

All as per item No 30 here -in-brfore but LED flood light 100 Watt.including taking down old and unserviceable. Make : Cat No: JETAALBAFLOODLIGHT100W of Havells or equivalent in Philips/CG

Supply and fix in repair of LED street light 45 Watt fitting,environmental friendly long life, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with mid power LED as lighting source and PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. Make : Cat Part No TRP-409-45-57-SL-NS-GL-NSG of CG or equivalent in Philips/CG/Havells

Supply and fix in repair street light Time switches Digital 24 hour, 440 V 2 pole 32 Amps including taking down the old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Havells cat part No DHTQB01016 or equivelant in Legrand/L&T

S & F in repair of SMF sealed battery of 12 volts 26 AH capacity for the UPS all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/servicing of UPS of capacity upto 5 KVA by checking all electrical connection and rewiring the same and refix the same location or directed by Engr in charge including testing,commissioning and warranty of one year after date if repearing.Note:- (i) PCB kit,SMPS and By pass switch etc will be measured and paid sepeartaly .(ii) Minor parts e.g nut bolt screw wirng etc are included in quoted rate.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm
