Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M & L for fabrication of LT feeder pillar box, out door type, tent roof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on MS angle 40 mm X 40 mm X 5 mm suitable for 3 Phase, 415 volts, AC supply, 50 Hz, with opening door both side with rubber bedding, locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome prime in grey colour complete all as specified and as directed and comprising the followings:-(a) Aluminium bus bar for three phase with neutral of capacity 300 Amps- 01 set (b) MCCB, 4 pole, 250 Amps capacity, 35 kA rupturing capacity, 430 volts, AC, 50 Hz- 01 No (c) MCCB, 4 pole, 125 Amps, 25 kA rupturing capacity, 430 volts, AC, 50 Hz- 02 Nos (d) RBI Indicating lamp RYB with holder - 01 No (e) Voltmeter and Amp meter with selector switch- 01 Nos, complete all as required at site.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for staging and weather protection shed of size 2X 3 m for servo voltage stabilizer mounted on brick staging , prepainted galvalume Al-Zn coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.5 mm thickness of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
