M & L for bringing approved earth from outside MOD land and forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming / rolling as per MORTH and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate of the item shall include for excavation out side MD land and bringing approved soil to site including royality if any and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

S & F for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep 240 volt AC, 5 star rating including down rod of suitable size, connected with twin core twisted flexible wire copper conductor cable with suitable size from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) (in two layers of 75 mm compacted thick each) Wet Mixed Macadam (WMM), using gradings requirement of aggregate as per Table 400-II of yellow book of MORTH in layer using mechanical paver and rolled with power roller of 8-10 tonne capacity of required camber and gradient complete all as speicified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Drilling of bore hole by reverse rotary rig / ODEX method or any other suitable method, through any kind of soil, boulders, rocks for a bore of 150 mm dia suitable for lowering (Including lowering) of 100 mm casing pipe with provision of space for filling pea gravel all round the housing pipe for the depth from ground level upto a depth of 50 mtr including making of initial bore hole manually including disposal of spoil from the site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depending upon the availability of water bearing strata, if drilling beyond 50 metre is required, the same shall be carried out as per direction of GE and shall be measured and paid separately inder respective item of BOQ

S & F for MS threaded well cap suitable for 100 mm dia housing pipe and cut rounded shape for passing column pipe of required size and submersible cable including painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lowering and welding in position ISI marked ERW fine cut MS black pipe 100 mm bore with minimum 7mm wall thickness as per IS: 4270 (1992) with socket and jointing length of pipes by mild steel socket threaded and by electric arc welding joints with MS coupler ring around the pipes with MS flat iron 50 mm x 6 mm including painting with two coats of black bituminous paints externally and internally complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing including lowering of bail plug of 100 mm internal dia, 3 mtr long and 7 mm thick threaded and continuous welded by electric arc welding at both ends and including two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing including lowering in position 'V' wirewell screen of LCG of 100 mm internal dia with slot opening 1.5 mm with copper ring welded all round the pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 80 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade of 3 mtr long as in gravel filling arrangement to bore well, fixed to metre below groundlevel and 1 mtr above ground with PCC foundation block of size 1 mtr x 1 mtr x 1.2 mtr in PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing and lowering 50 mm bore MS column pipe (seam less) both end flanged including fittings complete of heavy duty, wall thickness not less than 5.4 mm conforming to IS 1239 (each piece of 3 mtr length) and welded including nuts, bolts, washers, gasket complete all as specified and as directed (flanged should suitably grooved for passing submersible pump set with stranded steel flexible wire rope and cable). The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with anti-corrosive chemical and apply spray paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping set electric driven 3 phase, 415 volt AC motor of 5 HP capacity, cast iron pump bowls diffuser casing stainless steel pump shaft, bronze impeller, steel tube motor casing and carbon steel motor shaft complete all as specified and as directed. Development of bore well with air compressor of suitable capacity till sand / mud / silt free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 12,000 GPH including Yield testing for the tube well by using same air compressor for minimum discharging 9000 Gallon per Hours for at least contineous 8 hrs run per day for three contineous days and vertical test, draw down test, log chart of bore well, yield test report, water test report and strata sample box (2nd Class Hard Wood) with glazed shutter and pigeon holes from depth sample complete all as specified and as directed (V notch & compressor with accessories & fuel shall be arranged at site by the contractor & cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate).
