M&L for Construction of Valve pit of size 900cm x 900cm x 900cm (internal dimensions) with Brick masonry construction including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil,returning,filling,in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed , PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), PCC Pocing in PCC(1:2:4), type B0 using 12.5m crushed graded aggregate, brick masonry work in cement mortar (1:4) rendering,15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally,finished even and fair and pointing in CM 1:3 flush pointing externally . Mild steel angle iron 50x50x6mm frame work ,MS sheet cover with 3.15mm thick with handle made of flat iron 30x5 mm thick and locking arrangment including providing pad lock ( Godrej/Link/Horisson ) 50 mm size Brass , and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of tint as approved over a coat of red oxide primer to all mild steel surfaces and providing two coats of black bituminous paint to all embedded portion of mild steel work etc. complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

M&L for connecting & testing in replacement of pressure pump set 1 HP 230 V 50 HZ having discharge 100 - 150 LPM & haed 25 mtrs, inlet & outlet 25 mm dia electric driven automatic switchon/off, 3 core copper connecting cable 1.5 Sqmm dia length as per required at site & inclusive of PCC foundation and necessary fittings to suction and delivary and nutbolts and frame work as required at site all as specified and directed by engineer in charge including MS cover for protection of motor & starters as specified by Engineer in Charge. M&L for road cutting incl necessary excavation 45 cm wide and 90 cm in depth as in trenches in any type of soils/rock for laying GI/PPR pipe after laying GI pipe trenches will be filled up to road level with 15cm PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate over 15cm 63mm gauge boulders over 15cm 100mm size boulders over rammed/compacted earth all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
