M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry of grade C(5.0) with concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate exceeding 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1.60 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkhats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thick slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixing with WPC complete all as specified and as directed. Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F MS galvanized 4.00 mm dia of steel wire 150mm-300 square sizemesh, made into mattress or cage, lapped wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying & laying in trenches 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 40 mm thick finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid, rectified, colour ceramic floor tiles (group B II), area of each tile exceeding 0.04 sqm but not exceeding 0.12 sqm, length less than 340 mm, minimum 7 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed, colour ceramic wall tiles (group B III), 300 mm X 200 mm X 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match all as specified and directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm nominal size, screw down bib taps, cast copper alloy body and body components with crutch handle, nickel-chromium plated finished complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L for concealed point wiring for one light or one fan or one exhaust fan controlled by one switch complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be included in the rate quoted by the bidder)

M & L for concealed point wiring for one 3 pin/ 5 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on the same board complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including heavy mechanical stresses class and -5 temperature class PVC pipe of suitable size as required at site including all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sub main wiring complete with and including two Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 6 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories and fixed on walls and 6 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of6 sqmm cable and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat shape, dimension 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, in repair, in trenches 50 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
