Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth for pole / cable / foundation etc incl getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ foundation of poles etc and getting out hard & densile soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 05 of above but exc 1.5 to 3.00 mtr in depth all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm thick after cable are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling, mass concrete for foundation/piller support of pipe line, pipe route indicator including form work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for road cutting incl necessary excavation 60 cm wide and 120 cm in depth as in trenches in any type of soils/rock for laying pilpe line through pipe after laying /through the pipe trenches will be filling top with M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm grdaeds stone aggregates from top over 15 cm thick hard good of broken boulders , 63 mm gauge over 15 cm bolders 100 mm dia over filled and rammed earth to make good the disburbed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves PN-1.0 with double air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 DS-I of size 80 mm dia bore and fixing up in galvanised Iron Water supply mains of size 50 mm dia.

M&L for Construction of Valve pit of size 1050 mm x 1050mm x 900mm (internal dimensions) with Brick masonry construction including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil,returning,filling,in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed , PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), PCC Pocing in PCC(1:2:4), type B0 using 12.5m crushed graded aggregate, brick masonry work in cement mortar (1:4) rendering,15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally,finished even and fair and pointing in CM 1:3 flush pointing externally . Mild steel angle iron 50x50x6mm frame work ,MS sheet cover with 3.15mm thick with handle made of flat iron 30x5 mm thick and locking arrangment , and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of tint as approved over a coat of red oxide primer to all mild steel surfaces and providing two coats of black bituminous paint to all embedded portion of mild steel work etc. complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Supply and Fixing for CI sluice class PN 1.6 long body type, 80 mm bore with brass spindle, both ends flanged with holes, ISI Marked (IS-14846-2000) provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gasket etc, with wheel, fixed to CI/GI water mains complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, erecting and fixing in 16 mtr GI high mast pole 08 Nos arm 16 light fixing arrangement with bottom 360 mm Top 150 mm thickness 3 mm x 3 mm with base plate including foundation nut bolt 750 mm M 24 (06 Nos) Lantern ring, winch,Motor SS wire rope, trailing cable , cable as per reqquirement at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for high performance LED flood light fitting of 150 watts power consumption complete,IP 66 input voltage range of 150-240 volts (nominal rated voltage -240 volts) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC nominal mix type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) M-20 as in Foundations, includingrafts, footings, foundation beam complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bensing spirally for hooping for foundation hooking end and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clamp all as specified and directed

Description all as per item No 22 of above but 5mm dia over upto including 8 mm dia all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on old face of brick work or concrete surface on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing in cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard /dense soil

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratting,framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flange cut to shape etc with ends of bars, shouldered and/or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, framed works of water tankes stagging,gates and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

S&F Rotational mounded polythene water storage tank of 1000 ltrs capacity, (multilayered, cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position as specified in SSR Pt-I.

S&F ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipes of 20 mm dia or brass ferrule and fixed, all as directed.

S&F Gun metal globe or gate valve with Iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 20 mm dia of pipe and fixed.

S& F 20 mm bore galvanised steel tubes medium grade with all fittings for water supply pipes fixed to walls.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of bore 150mm on after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for Salt glased stone ware drain pipe 150 mm dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round and 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm internal dia of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid building blocks (1:3:6), type C-1, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete, laying inner side of wall.

M&L for construction of 1.20 Mtr dia x 3 m deep soakage well, excavation in hard/dense soil foundation PCC 1:3:6 ,wells of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber, screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc.

Form work to edges of concrete flat, tread, similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm wide for rough finish surfaces of concrete.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded aggregate) for roof slab.
