Material and labour for polishing to Chair Easy by adhering to following steps complete all as specified and as shown on drawing:- a) The wooden surfaces shall be made smooth by sanding the surface with sand paper of about 120 grit in the direction of grains of wood. b) Repeat the process with progrssively finner grains with 180-220 grit sanding paper to make the surface more finer. c) Wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth. d) Examine the surface and fill yellow oxide or wood filler/putty in the holes and sand the surface again to achieve a smooth and cleaner surface. e) Wipe it again with cloth and apply a coat of french polish and let it dry. f) Sand the surface again and apply next coat with a soft brush or cloth. g) Let the surface dry completely and apply a clear coat French polish over it for glossy finish surface.
