Supply and fixing MS reducing socket 200x150 mm having thickness 8.0 mm wall thickness heavy duty with 20x4 mm MS flat iron centre guide 400 mm long 04 No for jointing housing/ blank pipe of bore well including necessary welding work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, assembling, jointing and lowering plain slotted pipe, type A, screen made of low carbon galvanized (LCG) steel, 150 mm nominal size, 6.35 mm wall thickness, 1 mm slot openings conforming to IS-8110: 2019 and fixing in position in different depth as directed, butt welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS 2800: 2019 and IS:11189 with compressed air method (open well method), to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content and to obtain min discharging capacity of 18000 LPH (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, including disinfection of tube well, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Determining approximate yield capacity using the compressor of the drilling rig and carrying out yield test by turbine pump and motor (diesel driven) for minimum discharge capacity of 18000 LPH by continuous pumping for 16 hours spell to determine safe pumping yield ( V Nortch method) as per IS 2800: 2019 using test pump and determining the yield capacity of bore well, the rate of pumping without lowering the water level below the top boundary of the aquifer, the top of the perforations, the recommended rate of pumping complete all as specified and as directed. Note - V Nortch and other equipment including diesel driven pump set shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supplying, designing, packing gravel, hard quartz (about 90-95 percent silicon dioxide (SiO2)) or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5, not more than 10 percent by weight of the material shall have specific gravity of less than 2.25, not contain more than 5 percent by weight of calcareous material, not more than 2 percent by weight of thin flat or elongated pieces, the larger dimension not be more than 3 times the smallest dimension, sub rounded to rounded grains with least angular features, free from impurities such as shale, mica, feldspar, clay, dirt, loam, hematite, organic material etc. for the tube well in accordance with IS: 4097: 2019 as per the site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning submersible pumping set alongwith suitable capacity of electric driven motor of the same manufacturer, 415 volt, 3 phase AC, TP, head range upto 90 meter, flow rate 200-450 LPM, 3000 RPM including MS adopter or reducer and all accessories etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F submersible cable flat PVC insulation of type C and having PVC sheath of type ST2, flexible copper conductor, FR-LSH, 3 core of size 6 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F flanged reflux valve (non-return) of single door, swing check type nominal pressure (PN 1.6) of preferred materials as per IS 5312 (Part 1): 2004, nominal size 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F flanged reflux valve (non-return) of single door, swing check type nominal pressure (PN 1.6) of preferred materials as per IS 5312 (Part 1): 2004, nominal size 80 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2.0 ton capacity chain pully block with 8 meter chain length all other accessories as per detail specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing tripod with load carrying capacity of 2.0 ton made out of suitable dia heavy grade GI pipe with three legs of 6meter including necessary cutting, welding and fixing at site for smooth operation of pump and meter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water sample of untreated water , treated water at installation and also at user end for bacteriological analysis & Chemical analysis from NEIST Jorhat/ DRL Tezpur or any Govt. approved / recognized Lab as approved by the GE complete all as directed.( Note: Test report shall be submitted to GE along with RAR /FB)

Mobilisation of accessories/tools/plants/equipment as per IS 2800: 2019 for construction of borewell of 550 mm dia bore hole using Rotary Drilling Method (Direct Circulation Method) with all minor accessories at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of shifting the accessories/tools/plants/equipment from one site to other for subsequent boring.

S & F well cap to the top of bore well, made of flat iron of hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 and as per IS 2800: 2019 including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Resistivity variation studies in bore hole drilled by electric logging of pilot bores by expert of Geology division to know the potential and temperature probes of drinking water by approved agency duly collaborated with strata chart/bore log complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 80 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M & L for cutting galvanised mild steel pipe of nominal bore 80 mm, in position for and including insertion of new tee piece including necessary fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.
