M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of plastered/Concrete surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint exc 10 cm width or girth all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old surfaces of rigid & flexible pavement of runway and Taxi Track link, Tarmac or like and applying two coat of water based road marking paint as per manufacturer's instruction (white / golden / yellow / orange ) as lines / dashes / letters etc. width or girth exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete articles, precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing & fixing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid building blocks or slabs 100 mm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M & L PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick plain cement concrete type type B-1 (1:2:4 ) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floor finish concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Taking out silt and mud deposits from drains , channels and culvert bed, removal of mud/silt to a distance n. exceeding 50 Mtrs away from the starting point and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 Mtrs including cleaning thoroughly drain and channel bed for free flowing complete all as directed. Note: Cubical contents shall be calculated from the effected position of drains/channels after considered the actual depth mud measured on site complete all as directed.

Surface dressing/ cleaning of vertical side and berms of drain by trimming of surfaces and removing all vegitation bushes/ smalll tree n exc 30 cm girth and removing to a distance not exc 50 metres and deposited where directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L racking out sealant from expansion joint of size 20-23mm wide and 20 mm deep including taking out compressible fillar back up rod cleaning the surface by brushing for complete removal of sealant from concrete surface, washing, cleaning with pressure pump mechanical driven etc. drying up the joints putting in closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of dia 25mm applying one coat of approved primer and filling with polyurethane base sealant, applying making taps on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the marking tape after sealant is applied as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L racking out sealant from dummy/ construction joint of size 10-12mm wide and 10 mm deep including taking out back up rod, cleaning the surface by brushing for complete removal of sealant from concrete surface, washing, cleaning with pressure pump mechanical driven etc. drying up and applying one coat of approved primer and any thickness putting in closed cell medium density, cross linked polyurethane from back up rod of 12 mm dia filling with polyurethane base sealant, applying masking taps on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting pot holes of existing PCC pavements to a depth of 25mm to 36mm made into shape, cleaning the cut portion with hard brushes, water under pressure and drying with compressed air etc complete and removing all foreign materials to a distance exceeding 100 mtr but not exceeding 250 mtr, filling the portion with epoxy resin mortar (1:5) one part of epoxy and five parts of quartz sand after priming with epoxy resin primer complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

Supply and fix as in repairs sign board of size 1.22m x 0.80 m made out of 12 mm thick celluka ply including pasting of retro reflective sheet of high intensity grade type -iv on celluka ply, letters and arrow are made up of vinyl sheet on retro reflective sheet, the size of letter shall be of 40 cm height and width 26 cm or as proportionately, three nos post for the board shall be made up of PVC sheet 1.22 metres height, 36 mm width and 50 mm thick, two single sided lettering boards shall be fixed on both sides of post to form a composite both sided single unit including solvent adhesive and screwing and nailing for joint purpose, board shall be covered from top using 5 mm thick PVC Foam sheet, the material shall be of fire proofing, flexible to bear wind pressure and fragile in case of collision including necessary excavation, grouted in PCC 1:3:6: type C2(30 cmx30 cmx30cm) letter in alternate board with alpbabet / numbers as (A to Z or 1 to 10) -both side with arrow of 40 cm long including dismantling and taking out old existing board complete all as specified and as directed. Note: One letter as per requirement on both side of board including arrow shall be provided on each board, however requirement of letter shall be got decided from the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 17 here in before but size of board 2.44m x 0.80 m.

Supply and fix as in repairs Sign Board of size 0.30m x 0.15 m made out of 12 mm thick celluka ply including pasting of retro reflective sheet of high intensity prismatic grade type - IV on celluka ply, letters and arrow are made up of vinyl sheet on retro reflective sheet, the size of letter shall be of 10 cm height and width 25 cm or as proportionately, 01 No post for the board of 0.90 meter height and circular base, the material used shall be of fire proofing, flexible to bear wind pressure and fragile in case of collision complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil)or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum ,getting out ,returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work hand rails ,wind ties for roof including securing bolts, post and struts in fencing including tops to shape as directed drilling holes,notching for wire etc. ,flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting or reviting and similar works conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 completa all as directed.

Supply and fix bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gate, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fast etc. conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal, dia of shank 12 mm, length of bolt 50 mm to 125 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia mild steel round bars as in stiffener to chain link fencing including necessary cutting bedding etc. conforming to Grade-I, IS 432 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 100 mm x 100 mm mesh, including binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 100 mm x 100 mm mesh, fixed to RCC/angle iron fencing post with bolts etc including fixing of binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Supply of Galvanized steel wire chain link fecncing, Mild steel round bars, Mild steel flat, Nuts, Bolts & Washers will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00 mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured separately.

S&F Concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) for fencing work complete all as per follwing specification and as directed: (i) Diameter of concertina coil: 1050 mm (ii)Number of turns in concertina : 50 to 53 turns. (iii) Weight of each coil : 15 Kg (Approx) (iv) Coverage per coil : 6 RM (v) Central Core Wire : Made from high tensile spring steel core wire confirming to IS-4454 duly hot dipped galvanised (confirming to IS-2629) with dia meter 2.59 mm (+/- 5%), UTS 145-160 Kg/Sqmm , Zinc coating 250-300 gms/Sqm (vi) Strip : Electro galvanised steel strip 0.5 mm (+/- 0.02mm) thick confirming to IS-1573, Zinc coating-120gm/Sqm and bituminised dipped, width of barbs 11 mm (+/- 5%), pitch of barbs 24 mm (=/- 0.5mm). (vii) Clips :AISI 304-1.5 mm thick C and U clips. 'C' special type for fixing coil and RBT wire, 'U' clips special type for jointing one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire jointing. (viii) No of clips 125 for each coil (ix) Handle and spikes to be provided as required (Note : (i) Running length of the wall shall be measured and for payment purpose). (ii) Wight of the concertina coil in kg/RM shall be asertained by the BOO for payment purpose.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Re-inforced cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Removing excavatedmaterial exc 250 but not exc. 1.50 Km and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge
