Submission of all report booklets 05 (Six) copies with CD 01 (One) copy duly indicating the following:- (i) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity of the soil with respect to shear failure test and permissible settlement (Total and differential) alongwith recommendation about type of foundation and minimum depth of foundation to be adopted. (ii) Evaluation of liquefaction potential. (iii) Evaluation of K-value. (iv) Specific suggestion if any soil treatment if required below foundation/ ground floor/ roads and type of treatment to be carried out.

Item No.4 Contd/.. Notes:- 1. Following points to be included in SSI report (not comprehensive, appropriate dada/information may be added as per requirement:- (a) Introduction (b) Objection of the geotechnical investigations (c) Details of the proposed structures (d) Site conditions (e) Field investigations (f) Laboratory test results (g) Soil profile (h) Allowable bearing capacity- based on ‘N’ values, ‘c-Ø value and permissible settlement with sample calculations. Complete calculations will be submitted in soft copy in the same CD containing the SSI report. (j) Liquefaction analysis with calculations. (k) Foundation alternatives duly tabulated building wise. (l) Clear recommendations duly vetted by IIT/NIT/ Govt Engg College. A table showing building name, BH No, depth & coordinate of the BH corrected SPT ‘N’ values and the recommended SBC and clear recommendation for depth and type including any required soil improvement matching with the site plan should form part of the recommendations. (m) Annexure including bore logs, c-Ø and indicated for BHs, likelihood of water- logging at site must also be checked. 2. If the soil/water has high (more than permissible) contents of sulphate, chlorides or any other deleterious material, the same should be brought out and appropriate recommendation be offered. The required chemical analysis needs to be undertaken for the same. 3. All relevant IS code on the subject should be followed and mentioned at appropriate places.

Design & construction of single storey sub station building of total plinth area 140 Sqm with RCC framed structure, seismic Zone-V consideration, ATT, waterproofing treatment with permanent specification complete in all respect as directed complete all as specified and directed and as shown in drawing No. CESZ/LKB/2024/ST-66 Sheet No.1/1 dated 28 Oct 2024, Notes: (i) The design shall confirm to latest IS:1893, IS 4326, IS:13920, IS 800 SP 34 and other relevant codes. (ii) The structure falls in Zone V. (iii) Structural analysis & design shall be done on latest version of STAAD. (iv) Structural design shall be got vetted from IIT/NIT. (v) Contractor shall discussed the concept design with SO-I (Desig)/Director (Design) of HQ CESZ before finalising the Structural design. (vi) The foundation shall be design as per the SBC of the soil at the location of construction. (viii) The Contractor shall provide the STAAD file/ AUTOCAD drg in soft copy, design folder and drgs duly vetted by ITT/NIT shall be submitted alongwith above said soft copy. (ix) The contractor shall execute the work as per the said Structural drg only after approval of same from Accepting auth of the contract.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all complete all as specified ans as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Moorum/Red Bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for polythene film, 150 micron thick laid on a 10mm thick fine sand layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 15 cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix High strength steel deformed TMT bars (Fe 500D) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix High strength steel deformed TMT bars (Fe 500D) 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Mild steel round bars (Fe 500D) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, post and struts, etc. complete all as directed.

Supply & fix Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolt, angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed of mild steel screw bolts 12 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain Link MS galvanized fencing of mesh 100 x 100 mm and of any type of shape (minimum dia 4mm ) conforming to IS 2721 including line wire, binding wires, straining bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire.

Material & Labour for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls all as specified & directed.

Use and Waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, foundation beams, footing, bases of column, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation beams, etc. flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of columns, pillars, piers, post and struts, etc, square, rectangular or polygonal, rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Rolled mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, wheels etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime in any tint complete all as specified.

Construction of on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water for 10 users, including excavation in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 as in lean concrete, Vent shaft, connections and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for soakage well of size 1.8 m dia and 3 m effective depth including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary, including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2020/TD-45, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for shallow sewers of 150mm dia RCC NP-3 pipes laid on 150mm thick moorum/sand/crushed stone bed with excavation upto depth 1.65m in any type of soil, including manholes of standard size made of brick masonry with SFRC ventilating cover and frame. Including all items and activities to execute and make sewer line functional complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel tubular swaged poles (for 4 Pole sturcture suitable for one incoming and three outgoings) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) including cast iron base plate,finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, screws, etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer (externally from top of PCC copping) including writting MES Pole No. with synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items in Schedule 'A' Part-II and PCC shall be measured and paid under relevant items in this Schedule. (b) Volume occupied by Steel Pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Material and labour for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class/ station class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, 33 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of aluminium conductor steel reinforced complete all as specified and dirtected.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators and with earth switch upto 200/400 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 240 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for in door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured ,Al conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 33 KV single phase in door resin cast CT of ratio 400/5- 5A class 1.0/ 5P10,burden 15VA – 15 VA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 33 KV single phase in door resin cast PT of ratio 33 KV/rt3/110 V/rt3/110V/rt3,Class 0.5-3, Burden 50 VA – 50 VA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Lattice structure, galvanised Iron, heavy duty for 33 KV switch yard made of structural steel items like ISMB, MS channel, angle iron, MS flat etc of any size confirming to IS-2062 required length bend to shape as cross arms, bracings ,supporting structures for CTs PTs pin / disc insulators, cable support etc for all types of structures duly fabricated structural steel sections, drilling of holes of any size or shape as required for various equipments all as specified and directed. Note :- i) Excavation, earth work and concreting, Insulators, bus bar, LA, GOD, CTs, etc shall be measured and paid separately. ii) Design and Drawing for 33 KV Towers / Lattice structure, Foundation drawing etc shall be prepared and got approved by the Garrison Engineer. For reference existing towers and structures shall be inspected. (iii) GI nuts, bolts, fasteners , washers, stud plates etc. required shall be weighed and paid along with structure for payment against this item.

Supply & Fix Control cable 1100 volts with PVC insulated and steel armoured with multi stranded copper conductor of the sizes 4 core 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Control cable 1100 volts with PVC insulated and steel armoured with multi stranded copper conductor of the sizes 7 core 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Control cable 1100 volts with PVC insulated and steel armoured with multi stranded copper conductor of the sizes 12 core 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix of 33 KV HT CT operated bidirectional energy meter (ABT net metering)confirming to IS 14697, IEC 62052-11, IEC 62053-21, IS 15959 suitable for remote data collection with DLMS protocol for meter reading with option for remote reading port for billing and consumption analysis of Acc class 0.2s, 0.5s for HT and Class 0.5s accuracy class 0.5 with -/5A, 3 ph 3 wire 110 V (P-P), 50 Hz ± 5% , operating temp range -10 ºC to +55 ºC including connection etc complete with suitable outdoor type enclosure of IP 54 grade complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The meter should be calibrated by state SEB before installation.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 33KV 630Amps 25kA-3sec Indoor type floor mounted compact SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear with internal copper bus bars, consisting of with two Nos. motorized Load Break Switch as incomer and two nos motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker as outgoings along with Bus connect Air Insulated PT Panel. All live parts, bus bars, LBS & VCBs connections, ON-OFF offload switch, Earth switch of of feeder should be enclosed in one tank sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. SF6 Gas Tank and cable chamber should be tested for an internal arc fault of 25kA for 1 sec with AFLR classification. All four modules LBS and VCB should be enclosued in one SF6 tank to avoid multiple conections. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown at site (to avoid dismantling of SWG and rectification at OEM factory for minor gas leakage issues due to bushung breakage). The Gas Insulated switchgear should be complete with all accessories and should be suitable to connect cable upto 1RX3Cx400sqmm. VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for VCB, OFF load switch & Earth switch , Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-1, 100, 200. Altitude of installation up to 200 mtr as per IEC 60120. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. Product from License partner / Authorized Integrators are not accepted.

Supply, Fixing and termination of Indoor 36kV Screen Connectors suitable for 3kV XLPE cable upto 1RX3CX400Sqmm ,as per recommonded make of 36kV Sf6 Insulated SWG supplier. Screen Connectors should be terminated in 36kV CSG by "certified jointer" only duly certififed by SWG Manufacturer or supplier of Screen Connector complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode size 600x600x3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including copper strip 20x3 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper/brass material and GI pipe light grade 25mm bore dia for protection of earth lead strip and 40mm bore dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE: The unit rate includes for protection pipe and Copper strip from top of earth plate upto 7.50 meter above ground level

Supply and fix UPS for 30 min back up single phase AC input 160 to 260 V and out put 230 ± 1% of capacity 3KVA complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation,engineering commissioning and testing of Substation level SCADA supplied and installed separately, essentially for monitoring and controlling of all the 33KV Panels and 11KV panels (total 8 Nos.), two Nos. power transformers, etc on IEC61850/latest platform via respective IED relays and capturing energy parameters on ModBus/ IEC61850/ IEC104 platform via respective Meters/ controllers all including required operator workstation, software with suitable tags for lifetime license, power-backup system and allied accessories, comprising of the followings:-

ON/OFF/TEST/ SERVICE position, energy parameters like line-current, line/bus-voltage, kVA, kW, kWh, pF, Hz etc. relay-parameterization, event/alarm notification and fault record viewing, feeder ON/OFF control and as specified in P.S. (c) Life time licensed SCADA software suitable for display of data in r/o 11KV Panel, LT Panels, DTs, UPS, DG Sets etc through suitable UI on HMI/server including intergration and developement of data base as per site reqmnt with reporting software and as directed (d) Data Historian for automatically downloading all IED relay's disturbance recorder data (e) All data and SIM cost for the period of one year shall be taken into account.
