Taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Pin type insulator and supply and fixing new Pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nuts 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Disc type insulator and supply and fixing new Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type (white, brown or green) complete single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps including cross arm strap, ball eye, socket eye & cotter pins suitable for ACSR conductor working pressure 11 KV (90 KN) grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down any type and size stay wire and Material & Labour for Galvanised stay strand, 7/4mm

Dismantling stay assembly complete any type , Material & Labour for Stay assembly Diameter of stay rod in 20 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1

Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from HT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head HT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L Galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia in overhead lines or as earth continuity conductor incl Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span .

Dismantling of any type and size of unsv/broken Anti climbing device and M & L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round,square and flat) ncluding nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as directed.

Taking down unsv Danger notice plate of any size and M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size.

M & L for Expulsion fuse single pole suitable for 11000 V of cap aboe 25 Amp upto 50 amp

M & L for Expulsion fuse single pole suitable for 11000 V of cap above 50 Amp upto 100 Amp

Taking down existing old unserviceable Switch air break and supply and fixing of new Air break gang operated switch triple pole mechanically operated out door with all fitting/ accessories mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulator and steel channel frame GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically or horizontal operated as per site requirement including locking arrangement for operating handle complete suitable for current rating 400 Amps 11 KV working pressure with 15 Insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down existing old unserviceable lightening arrester and supply and fixing of new lightening arrester of expulsion type 65 KA complete with all fitting 11000 volts grade non linear resistor type with bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking dowm brusted/unsv cable jointing kit for HT joint of any type and size and Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable end termination joint outdoor heat shrinkable type suitable for stranded aluminium conductor 3 core, 11 KV XLPE 120 sqmm to 185 Sq mm cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down old/brusted unsv 11 KV Cable of any size and make including Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 Sq. mm 3 Core complete all as directed.

Taking down unsv mat of any type and size including M & L for synthetic Insulating Mat of size 2m x lm x 25 mm.

Excavation in trenches for soft/loose soil for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Excavation in trenches for Hard/Dense soil for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

All as per Srl item No 20 here in before but exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth.

M & L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified by Engr in charge.

M & L Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers soft/loose soil not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Copping of Electric Poles, etc., weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, finishing all Exposed Faces of Concrete including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for cetre PCC of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & laying (in replacement) galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with GI fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by EIC for the size 50 mm bore

Supply & laying (in replacement) galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with GI fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by EIC for the size 80 mm bore

Supplying and laying crused stone aggregate of size 20mm to 40 mm grade around the 2 pole ,4 pole transformer & LT Panels etc complete all as directed.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity 100KVA/200KVA/250 KVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. © Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed.

M&L for Dehydration and filteration of existing transformer oil at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get di-electric strength of oil 40 kV minimum without distrubing the power supply system including replacement of unserviceable silica jel and topping up/ replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Transformer oil for filling/topping up and silica gel shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling / topping up oil of transformer up to disired level complete all as directed.

Taking proper shut down, disconnecting of distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity 250 KVA transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil/ copper winding shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer shall be measured and paid for separately (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.

M&L for rewinding of HT / LT Coil (Primary and secondary winding) of 250 KVA Transformer using existing size, double paper covering with super enamel copper winding wires with proper gauge, conforming to IS : 2026 (Part-I) : 2011 (as per existing size, turns and insulation class including providing all insulation materials, gasket etc., ) suitable for 250 KVA tranformer and testing complete all as specified and directed including taking down/out unserviceable burnt copper winding for taking into credit.

S&F in repair tap changer assembly complete for transformer rating 250 KVA , including connecting up with HT coil and testing for varying voltage

S&F in repair cast iron wheel of transformer of suitable size including nuts bolts, split pins welding works as required at site.

S&F in repair breather assembly complete with silica gel suitable for any model of transformer rating 250 KVA to air column of conservator tank.

M & L for blue colour Silicagel of good quaility complete new fixtures.

M & L for HT bush suitable for any model/capacity of transormer Indoor/outdoor rating upto 250 KVA all as specified

M & L for LT bush suitable for any model/capacities of transformer Indoor/Outdoor rating upto 250 KVA all as specified.

M & L for Nuts bolts ans wahers fully threaded of MS size 5/8"x2" or as per requirement all as specified and directed.

S&F Arc horn rods made of aluminium suitable for any model of transformer rating 250 KVA.

S&F temperature guage suitable for transformer outdoor/Indoor type with GI nipple etc including testing of provision

M & L for preparing and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 9.0/10.0 metre long ) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for HT 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for HT 11 KV grade cable for outdoor heat shrink type end joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing breather assembly including SILICA GEL complete all as specified and directed.

Taking proper shut down in writing/disconnecting up the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA removing the transformer from pole structure/plate form shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coils to facilitate necessary repairs, rewinding/ reconditioning re-assembling the transformer bringing back to the site, refilling new or dehydrated old oil connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT including testing completed all as directed by Engr-in-Charge ( Note :-1 The Rate include of winding wire, insulating material, nut & bolts and new Gasket set etc 2 Placing /removing standby transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair will be the responsibility of the contractor,Standby transformer will be provided by the deptt )

Filtreration and centrifusing of transformer oil for improvement of die - electric strength of Transformer 11KV/415 Volts and Voltage Stablizer installed in different location at Along Mil Stn by electrally operated oil Centrifusing Machine ,to achiev die - electric strength more than 60KV at 3 mm gap for 1 minute including Transformer Oil testing machine for mearurment of die - electric strength complete

M & L Lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fitting, transmission class , discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Repair to earth pit and earth pit cover of instalation by using PCC 1:2:4 and plastering in CM 1:3 complete including necessary excavation, returning and removal etc complete all as directed.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fixing anti climbing devices comprising 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2 strand barbed wire with 2.00 mm dia bars wrapped spirally round pole to a length of .5 to 1.0 mtr clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling new filtered and tested completely transformer oil confirming to IS 33593 ( 4 th revision ) suitable for transformer /Voltage Stabliser etc to the required level complete all as specified.
