M & L for loose filling with broken stone or boulder aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, on open space etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity 100 kVA to 630 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer shall be measured and paid for separately (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity upto and including 100 to 500 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity above 600 kVA and upto and including 750 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .

Supply and fix in repair of oil level Indicator as per existing Make and Module, complete all as specified as directed.

S & F LT brass stud suitable for transformer of capacity 500 kVA to 630 kVA including nut, bolt, washer & rubber conical bush etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F HT brass stud suitable for transformer of capacity 100 kVA to 630 kVA including nut, bolt, washer & rubber conical bush etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repair tap changer off load type suitable for transformer of capacity 100 kVA to 630 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 25 mm gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete

S & F in repairs 32 mm gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformer at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get di-electric strength of oil 60 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system including replacement of unserviceable silica gel and topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.( Note: Transformer oil for filling/topping up and silica gel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule).

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductors from HT oh lines/structures and removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside by diconnecting all electrical connections for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 250 mm X 200 mm, including taking down unsvn, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair gang operated air break switch, three poles, outdoor type, nominal system voltage 11 kV, rated voltage 12 kV, rated normal current 400 Amps, rated frequency 50 Hz, 15 Nos insulators, rated one minute power frequency withstand voltage between (i) earth & poles 28 kV (rms) (ii) across the isolating distance 32 kV (rms), rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (i) to earth and between poles 75 kV (Peak) (ii) across the isolating distance 85 kV (Peak), Rated short-time withstand current 25 kA for 3 seconds, rated peak withstand current 63 kA for climatic conditions at the site, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection of lightning arrestor (set of 03), explusion type suitable for 11 kV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 24 kV (rms) with nominal discharge capacity of 65 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed. Note- Lightning attester shall be able to withstand wind load of 196Kg/Sqm and seismic acceleration of 0.39g.

S & F insulating mats of size 2m x 1mx 25 mm thk, made of elastomer conforming to IS-15652: 2006 and meeting the requirement of IS- 5216 (Part -1 & 2) IS 8437, IEC-479 Pub -1 along with suitable adhesive/ homebound, PV resin water proofing compound and sealing material as per recommendation of Annex 'A’, Clause- 'C’ of IS- 15652 and suitable for class - A upto 3.3 kV complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing and painting and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling steel poles/ struts, any size, setting aside for reuse within 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) seamless type, including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately. Volume occupied by steel pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

M&L for cutting the road/ hard standing to a size not exceeding 30 cm in width not exceeding 75 cm in depth for laying/ removal of HT/ LT UG cable or cable protection pipe of any size including making good the disturbed surfaces by using PCC(1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) for 100 mm thick on top including fair finishing complete.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1, with peak shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm and 65 mm peak thickness as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 150 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
