M & L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with three wheel-power roller of 80 to 100 kN capacity or an equivalent vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L except materials for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) or of grading 3 (53 to 22.4 mm size), spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with three wheel-power roller of 80 to 100 kN capacity or an equivalent vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (paving grade bitumen VG-10 grade) @ 10 kg per 10 sq metres complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for bituminous concrete 40 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime/cement(OPC-43 Grade) filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹55 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S & F road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 80 cms including fixing with mounting pole and necessary foundations and filling with M-15 type B-1 20 mm aggregates, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x100x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Repair to potholes any depth, exe 30 mm and not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at the rate of 05 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with bitumen 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F metal tubular delineators (road way indicators) made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos of 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly power coated and thermo plastic elastomers 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strip with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedded 200 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F solar road studs of size not less than 125X 125 X 25 mm made of weather resistance aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by the Engineer in charge. The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35⁰ ± 5⁰ to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM E: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 :1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The solar panel shall be high efficiency mono crystalline 2.5 V/60 m A and the battery shall be one Ni-mh type (1.2 V/1200 m Ah) high temp for backup of 36 hours full charging. The flash frequency shall be 60 ± 5 times per minute. Make- Model no 111 JUGNU of Dark Eye or equivalent makes as given in Appx B

Supply and fix plastic speed bump of size 50 mm (height) X 245 mm (width) X 350 mm (length), ABS block black and yellow & 02 no high reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA, fixed with nails and epoxy/thermoplastic adhesive (bas bumper and hole) with two different colour band pattern on road surface all as per manufacturers instructions and complying to guidelines issued by Min of Road Transport. etc. complete. Make- DA-1005 of Dark Eye or equivalent make as given in Appx B.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
