Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring/hard standing, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in alternate bays and finishing the surfaces even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ hardstanding etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10mm thick, Hi Traffic Tiles, 600x600mm size, coloured, premium qualtity, heavy duty tiles for outdoor, polished, in floors, path, hardstanding etc set in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which has to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tap has to be removed after filling the epoxy grout including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 23-25 mm thick pre-polished coloured and chemically treated cement concrete chequered tiles, glossy finish, of size 300x300mm, ISI marked (IS-13801-1993), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 20mm thick scread bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-straining and re-securing of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including making good staples etc complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling old/unserviceable chain link fencing any size any mesh incluidng flat iron fillets and MS rod complete complete all as specified and directed.

Disamntling post or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground including cleaning and cutting of grass, shrubs, bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of Labour is deemed to be included with the fixing of chain link fencing)

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 2 mm thick, Fibre glass, reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Opening the cover and cleaning of septic tanks, sumps, manholes etc of any capacity (of depth n.exc 1.5m), by dewatering foul water and taking out night soil, excreta, sludge, etc by HCV Mounted Suction Discharge Machine having Blow Back Facitlity with Sludge Tank (Minimum 2000 Litre capacity) as required to keep complete Sewage System functional and to avoid any over flowing including removal and disposal of pumped out Sewage water, sludges etc in any form or any other materials etc to outside of MD land to a distanceexc 500m to n.exc 1.0 Km, burried underground (minimum 45 cm covered with soil over two layer of bamboo matting without manitaining any gap) including sprinkling bleaching powder @ not less than 0.50 Kg/Sqm on deposit sludge at earth pit and as ordered by the Engr-in-Charge to keep the whole station area pollution free including necessary excavation and earthwork in soft/loose soil for pits, returning, filling in and dressing of surplus soil around to slope as required including refixing the cover in position and cleaning the eitre area and making good damaged portion (if any) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Depth of sludge shall only be measured for volume. (ii) The item is measurable/operative only ONCE during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be carried out the same without any extra cost to the Govt, (iii) Each trip of tanker to be taken outside of MD land in presence of concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The cost of bleaching powder, bamboo matting, all necessary earth work, T & P etc as required for cleaning and removal of sludge shall demmed to be included in the unit quoted rate )

All as per Serial Item No. 32 Above but depth of septic tank exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.0m complete ditto

M & L for Cleaning of sewage lines 100/110 mm bore by rodding from Man holes to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.50 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

M & L for Cleaning of sewage lines 150/160 mm bore by rodding from Man holes to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.50 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

M & L for Cleaning the blockage in the WC/floor trap/nahani trap etc completely to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next gully trap/manholes, removing the sludge and other materials from the Manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages gully trap complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

M & L for Opening the cover and Cleaning of Manholes of any depth n.exc 0.5m and of any size by pumping out the sewage water completely inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the manholes to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 45 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.0.50 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down soil/ waste vent and rain water pipes of any description and size and in any position including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking 100/110mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Necessary axcavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

Demolition and breaking 150/160mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar including cement concrete bedding and removal of debris/rubbles etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Necessary axcavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 160 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 110 mm bore drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 160 mm bore drain pipes complete all as specified and directed .

S & F 75 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil, waste and vent pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall, etc with all necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 100/110 mm bore of pipe complete all as specifieed and directed.

M & L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150/160 mm bore of pipe complete all as specifieed and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slabs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high strength TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for loose filling with broken bricks aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage well complete all as specified and directed.
